- The TallPath version (shown in the app's settings)
- What happened and, if you can, a screenshot
Subscriptions and purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google through your store account. We never see your payment details.
iPhone
- Manage or cancel: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
- Refunds: handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Android
- Manage or cancel: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
- Refunds: request through Google Play, see Google Play refund policies.
Restore purchases: use "Restore purchases" on the TallPath paywall. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your store account.
About your prediction
TallPath predicts adult height with the Khamis-Roche method and shows it as a range. It is a statistical estimate, not a medical assessment. If you are worried about growth, talk to a doctor. How the prediction works.
